Our esteemed organization seeks a skilled professional to lead our fund development program, cultivating relationships with donors, foundations, and community partners to drive growth in our existing base of engaged donors.
Reporting directly to our Executive Director, you will be responsible for identifying and cultivating major gift prospects, developing strategies to increase donations from our diverse donor pool, and overseeing the implementation of a year-round fundraising program. You will also be tasked with establishing quarterly and annual goals that meet or exceed expectations.
To succeed in this role, you must possess strong organizational skills, excellent project management abilities, and the ability to effectively communicate our mission and interests to various stakeholders. Donor/relationship management software experience and grant proposal writing/reporting skills are highly desirable.
