What are the responsibilities and job description for the Fundraising Strategist position at Peace of Mind Dog Rescue?
Pace yourself – it takes strategy and dedication to achieve success in nonprofit fundraising! At Peace of Mind Dog Rescue, our Fundraising Strategist will be responsible for driving growth in our existing base of engaged donors through effective relationship-building and innovative approaches.
Collaborating closely with our Executive Director, you will focus on identifying and cultivating major gift prospects, developing donor cultivation strategies, and leading our year-round fundraising program. Additionally, you will work to establish quarterly and annual goals that consistently meet or exceed expectations.
The ideal candidate will bring strong analytical skills, exceptional project management abilities, and a proven track record of fostering meaningful relationships with donors, foundations, and community partners. Familiarity with donor/relationship management software and grant proposal writing/reporting is beneficial.
