Overview
We are seeking dedicated individuals to join our team as Program Team Members. As a Morning and/ or After-School Program team member, you will play a vital role in supporting and enriching the social-emotional experience of children in our programs, ages 1 to 18.
Duties
- Work closely with students who are neuro-diversity and/ or medical needs to provide social/ emotional support and guidance
- Implement positive behavior management strategies to ensure a positive learning environment
- Assist in group management and organization
- Provide support for children with special education needs
- Engage students in fun, social/ emotional activities and programs
- Collaborate with team members to enhance the overall experience by designing and implementing fun and exciting activities
- Utilize first aid skills when necessary
Qualifications
- Experience working with individuals who have medical or developmental needs
- Knowledge of positive behavioral methods
- Ability to engage individuals effectively
- Postive communication skills
- Experience in classroom or camp settings is a plus
- Certification in first aid is preferred
- Background in special education preferred

- Must be able to pass a Montana State Childcare licensing Background check.
