Responsibilities
- Perform routine cleaning tasks including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces.
- Conduct floor care, including sweeping and mopping to maintain high standards of cleanliness.
- Remove and collect linens and towels.
- Manage housekeeping supplies and report any shortages or needs for replenishment.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing guest inquiries and requests promptly.
- Follow established housekeeping management protocols to ensure consistency in cleaning standards.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment while adhering to safety protocols.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in custodial or housekeeping roles is preferred but not required.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to clean thoroughly and efficiently.
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly demeanor.
- Knowledge of proper cleaning techniques and sanitation practices.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Physical stamina to perform cleaning duties, including working outdoors, lifting and moving items as necessary.
- Familiarity with hotel or residential housekeeping management is a plus.
