Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON)
The Assistant Director of Nursing is the second highest level of position in the nursing department. This position provides assistance in the core functioning of the nursing department. In addition, this role maintains the safety of the residents, patients and staff in order to minimize the risk of infection or spread of bloodborne or airborne pathogens.
