Certification Details BLS ACLS PALS TNCC Job Details EMERGENCY RN - MAX 3 DAYS RTO FOR AUTO OFFER Start Date : ASAP (4 weeks from offer for compliance requirements). Shift : 3x12 Variables (start times at 7am, 10am, and / or 7pm) Ratios : 1 : 4 Years of Experience REQ : Prefer 2-3 years experience, 1 year Preferred Experience as a registered nurse ER setting is preferred. RN's with prior clinical practice, New Grad RN's with prior experience in other emergency type situations, paramedic, EMS etc will also be taken into consideration. ABG experience preferred. Required : Must demonstrate independent management of cardiac, critical care, complex care med / surg, psychiatric, and multiple trauma patients of all age groups. The ability to work in an intermittently fast paced, high volume, high-risk environment is required. IV Skills for all ages required. Computer charting required. Telemetry experience. Epic REQ? 1 year of Epic experience is preferred. First-Timers Accepted : Yes but travel exp preferred. Weekend REQ : TBD Is on-call REQ? No Will clinician float within scope to meet facility needs? No, ED does not usually float to other areas of the hospital. Open to accommodating block schedule? NO BLOCKED SCHEDULING ALLOWED.
