Radiology Technologist
Start Date : ASAP (4 weeks from offer for compliance requirements)
Shift : 5x8 Days (Variable, but 0730-1600 M-F, most of the time)
Years of Experience REQ : 3-5 years preferred. Required : Demonstrated knowledge of and ability to apply age specific principles of growth and development, and life stages to meet each patient’s need and Required : Demonstrated venipuncture competency and Required : PACS / RIS knowledge and Preferred : ImageCast / CareCast experience
Epic Experience REQ : 1 year of Epic experience is preferred.
Certs REQ : ARRT(R) and BLS required, and Alaska Fluoro is preferred
First-Timers Accepted : Yes
Weekend REQ : shift is M-F most of the time
Is on-call REQ? Yes, Some Surgery call
Will the clinician float within scope to meet facility needs? No
Open to accommodating block schedule? shift is M-F most of the time
Locals Accepted : No
Pending State License Accepted : Required Radiology Technologist - Alaska
RTO Restrictions : N / A
Guaranteed Hours : 40 per week
Top 10 Procedures / Scans : General Radiography, Fluoroscopy, and Surgical C-Arms.
Most Common Equipment : Siemens Radiology and GE / OEC C-Arms
Number of Scans / Procedures per day : 15-20
Job Requirements
Required : Valid state licensure / certification as required for services being performed
ARRT(R) certification required
BLS certification required
