PeaceHealth is seeking an experienced Nurse Practitioner to join a vibrant Outpatient Palliative Care team on a per diem basis.

Candidates with a Palliative Care Certification are highly desired.

Highlights About The Practice
- Join a collegial team of two Nurse Practitioners, seeing 4-5 patients daily, with RN and MSW support.
- 100% inpatient and ability to grow the service line in our community.
- On-site complex case management teams, social workers, chaplains, and partnerships with a Hospice House.
- Full-time schedule; no call or weekend requirements.
- Epic EMR.
