About The Role

Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate patient care delivery and staff assignments.
- Supervise and assess the quality of nursing care provided.
- Guide and mentor staff in providing compassionate care to diverse patient populations.
- Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
- Identify and implement opportunities for clinical practice improvement.
- Participate in staff development and education.
- Required:
- Accredited School of Nursing
- 2 years of acute care nursing experience
- Registered Nurse (RN) License in Washington State
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required
- ACLS within 6 months of hire.
- Demonstrated leadership and communication skills.
- Commitment to providing patient-centered care.
