Reviews numerous facets of the chart to determine if documentation present reflects the complexity of the patient and his / her resource consumption for the hospital stay. Job Requirements Accredited School of Nursing Required : Nursing. Minimum of 5 years Preferred : Five years clinical experience. Minimum of 3 years Required : Three years recent clinical experience in an acute care setting. Required : Registered Nurse in state of practice.
