Location: PeaceHealth (WA, OR)
FTE: Full-Time, Day Shift
Salary Range: $69.29 – $103.93/hour (dependent on experience, education, and other factors)
PeaceHealth is seeking an innovative and strategic Director of Clinical Quality, Patient Access, and Program Growth to lead and enhance our Home and Community Services (HCS) division systemwide. In this pivotal role, you’ll shape the future of centralized intake, access strategy, and service line expansion across Home Health and Hospice.
As the System Director, you will collaborate with senior leaders to align operational plans with organizational goals, drive patient-centered program growth, and ensure regulatory compliance and service excellence. You will also lead high-performing teams, mentor future leaders, and foster cross-functional partnerships across Home and Community, PHMG, and hospital services.

Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in health sciences or related field required; Master’s preferred
Minimum 7 years of leadership experience in healthcare systems
RN license required in OR, WA, or AK
Proven expertise in patient access, strategic program development, and regulatory compliance
Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills
