What are the responsibilities and job description for the Neurohospitalist - physician - per diem position at PeaceHealth?
Per diem Neurohospitalist physician to join our Comprehensive Stroke center at PeaceHealth Sacred Heart Medical Center at RiverBend. We are the only Comprehensive Stroke Center between Portland, OR and Sacramento, CA.
We serve a large rural catchment area including the southwest, coastal Oregon as well as the surrounding Eugene/Springfield communities and regularly get referrals from critical access hospitals located in these areas. PeaceHealth is also a Level II trauma center with a focus on individualized patient care and safety.

Springfield is located at the southern end of the Willamette Valley, also known as, Oregon wine country. Two rivers run through the community, the Willamette River, and McKenzie River. Bike, walk or run the Middle Fork Path along the Willamette River, or spend the day fishing on the McKenzie River. - Hourly wage: $185.46
Job Summary:
Demonstrates compassion, respect and caring while working within the scope of practice of Physician to provide safe and efficient care to patients and assistance to their families and visitors. Works collaboratively with all other healthcare team members toward the best outcomes for the patient and the organization. Provides professional services to the hospital and its patients. ACLS required.
