- Perform any necessary task to make a productive and positive customer experience

- Basic administrative duties, such as printing, emailing, making photo copies
- Work in unison with manager and upper management
- Assisting in organizing shift schedules for team members
- Monitoring attendance, tardiness, other infractions.
- Assigning duties to specific employees based on role and skillset
- Supervising employees and assisting with tasks as necessary

- Conducting reviews and sharing feedback with management and upper management
- Managing employee’s requests, behaviors, conflicts, enforcing company policy
- Training new and current team members
- Handling customer issues and managing conflicts
- Adhering to company policies and health, safety and employment standards
- Balancing cash drawers and confirming front counters drops, preparing deposits
- This position may occasionally require you to work additional shifts, holidays and/or extended hours.
