Job Description : Federal Grant Compliance Trainer
Peach Procurement Solutions is seeking a skilled Federal Grant Compliance Trainer to lead a two-day workshop on OMB Circular A-133, 2 CFR Part 200, and federal grant compliance. The training will be tailored for Special Diabetes Program for Indians (SDPI) Grantees and Sub-grantees to enhance their understanding of compliance requirements and improve their grant management practices.
Responsibilities :
Develop and deliver comprehensive, engaging training materials.
Lead interactive sessions focused on practical compliance strategies and federal grant regulations.
Administer pre- and post-training evaluations to assess participant learning.
Issue Certificates of Completion to attendees.
Collaborate with project managers and stakeholders to ensure training aligns with program goals.
Required Qualifications :
Education : Associate’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Health Education (Bachelor’s preferred).
Experience :
Minimum of two years delivering federal grant compliance training.
Demonstrated expertise in OMB Circular A-133, 2 CFR Part 200 , and federal grant regulations.
Skills and Competencies :
Training Development : Proven ability to design, develop, and deliver engaging training materials tailored to diverse audiences.
Presentation and Facilitation : Exceptional verbal communication and facilitation skills to present complex topics clearly and interactively.
Evaluation Design : Experience creating pre- and post-training evaluations to measure participant understanding.
Project Coordination : Ability to manage timelines, milestones, and deliverables efficiently.
Collaboration : Strong interpersonal skills to work effectively with co-trainers (if applicable) and project managers.
Technical Skills : Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (PowerPoint, Word) or equivalent tools for training material preparation.
Travel : Availability to travel to Window Rock, AZ, to deliver remote training sessions.
Adaptability : Flexibility to adjust content and methods to meet audience needs.
Preferred Qualifications :
Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
Familiarity with the Special Diabetes Program for Indians (SDPI) or similar federal programs.
Experience working with Native American communities or other culturally diverse groups.
