Peach State Roofing, Inc. is seeking a Purchasing Manager to add to our growing team! Peach State Roofing is a national commercial roofing company with 24 locations and completes projects throughout the lower 48 states. This position will be in person at our corporate headquarters in Lawrenceville, GA. We focus on private commercial re-roofing projects with single-ply and sheet metal installations. Peach State Roofing is widely recognized as one of the country’s top single-ply commercial roofing contractors.

The Purchasing Manager will work with our Accounting, Estimating, and Operations teams to ensure efficient project operation through detailed inventory management and accurate budgeting.  This is a highly collaborative position, and this individual will interact with all levels of management throughout their day.

Key Responsibilities

• Work with Accounting, Estimators, and local Operations Managers to review estimates, provide pricing, and vendor information.
• Support estimators during the bid process to ensure proper pricing from suppliers.
• Negotiate agreements with new and existing suppliers to establish standard terms and conditions.
• Schedule material deliveries to jobsites and branch locations to meet production needs.
• Work with Controller, Regional, and Operations Managers to conduct inventory audits of branch locations.
• Create purchase orders and manage purchase order process.
• Review and approve invoices and payments to ensure accurate pricing prior to AP processing.
