Position Overview:


To achieve organizational growth and impact goals, Peach State Truck Centers is looking for a key marketing leader to develop and build brand identity by connecting our brand with the team and across prospective clients in innovative ways.


Responsibilities

  • Develop vision, strategy and brand connection across corresponding marketing elements to maximize the brand equity of Peach State Truck Centers and its business lines.
  • Responsible for developing and implementing the complete marketing plan for Peach State Truck Centers.
  • Ability to merge the art and science of brand marketing to positively impact content and creative, while ultimately driving business and sales results.
  • Responsible for developing, directing and coordinating integrated marketing programs / events.
  • Guide the use of CRM and other results-tracking efforts to measure the success of marketing strategies and tactics to drive effective and efficient efforts in the future.
  • Ability to conceptualize and lead successful grassroots campaigns that drive a brand presence in the market that is impactful for our core audiences.
  • Responsible for developing, directing and coordinating the marketing and communication of integrated sales that will maximize the brand's awareness, build a deeper connection to customers and drive revenue.
  • Drive high level strategies, build from existing ideas and help to develop new ideas based on experience and expertise.
  • Cultivate a deep understanding of our prospective customer’s unique challenges, behaviors, and comprehensive buying cycle.
  • Develop annual marketing plans, concepts, and activities in union with Sales and Operations leaders to ensure ample leads are generated and sufficient penetration is achieved to drive short- and long-term growth.
  • Create innovative macro lead generation initiatives using web, SEO, email automation, content distribution, social ads, etc.
  • Research and understand industry changes to be prepared for alterations in long term strategy.
  • Work alongside Sales to develop field-level marketing strategies for the purpose of capturing more of the market at a faster rate.
  • Equip the sales force with engaging sales materials to increase close velocity and rate.
  • Analyze marketing program execution to identify opportunities to deliver on goals; develop and optimize key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Responsible for specifying marketing requirements (current and future) by conducting market research supported by on-going awareness and connectivity to the marketplace.
  • Participate in optimization of campaigns, targeting strategies, and creative design to promote products or services; evaluate campaign performance and bring about the changes required for target achievement.
  • Responsible for active leadership and ownership of marketing within the organization.
  • Provide oversight and trafficking of all marketing projects while managing deliverables in an efficient, timely manner.
  • Bring innovative ideas and a highly collaborative mindset to the team to create content across multiple channels to drive business results.
  • Responsible for creating and managing advertising, interactive and direct marketing campaigns, sales collateral, partnership marketing, brand and promotional materials, management of creative agencies, creative briefings, etc.
  • Monitor, measure, and analyze the effectiveness of marketing initiatives as they relate to the overall brand, business and sales objectives.
  • Serve as liaison between sales and marketing to ensure that both sides are optimized to deliver and generate the highest quality leads.
  • Keen understanding of all technical aspects within key marketing systems (specifically marketing automation, CRM and Email) used to generate, distribute, and report on leads. With a brand focus, this person will have a strong voice in the daily operations of these systems.
  • Establish and maintain scalable processes that ensure best practices in campaign and lead management.
  • Create and maintain metrics reports on marketing and sales activities, effectiveness, and business impact.
  • Analyze marketing and sales data to develop insights and make recommendations on areas for optimization.


Role Requirements

  • Minimum of 7 years marketing and management experience.
  • Strong verbal and oral communication at all levels within the organization.
  • Ability to convey analyses with actionable recommendations in a clear manner.
  • Experience with marketing and customer platforms.
  • In-depth knowledge of the various paid marketing channels technologies, tactics, and reporting capabilities including paid search (Google AdWords), social network advertising, retargeting and content distribution.
  • Demonstrated experience with reporting and data analysis.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects at the same time in a fast-paced environment.
  • Work closely across marketing, digital and communications to maintain a consistent brand voice and message across all sales initiatives and paid programs.
  • Experience handling marketing budgets and forecasting/reporting results.
  • Must have a proven track record of developing and driving brand interest through sales and grassroots initiatives.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment managing multiple projects at once.
  • Ability to help solve unique and complex problems that have a broad impact on the business.
  • Presents complex ideas, anticipates potential objections and persuades others to adopt a different point of view when necessary.
  • Ability to work with a multitude of marketing and business backgrounds but help foster an organization-wide culture that consistently seeks to translate data into action.
  • Highly self-motivated and directed
  • Proven history of problem-solving and managing high performing teams
