Position Summary : Individual supports retail center activity through assisting customer walk-ins, customer will call orders processing and returns processing. Duties / Responsibilities : List the essential job duties that are specific to the position.
- Greet customers entering will call area.
- Issue receipts, refunds, credits, or change due to customers.
- Assist customers by providing information and resolving their complaints.
- Establish or identify prices of goods, services or admission, and tabulate bills using calculators and cash registers.
- Process merchandise returns and exchanges.
- Maintain clean and orderly checkout areas and complete other general cleaning duties.
- Receive, verify, and store incoming material orders; pick required quantity of material for customer processing or staging.
- Cycle-count all parts bins as needed.
- Stage material in proper location for pick-up / shipment and / or loads on trailer.
- Communicate effectively with others within and outside the work group.
- Other duties as assigned. Education and Experience Education : High school diploma or equivalent. Years of Experience Required : 1 to 2 years Experience required in : Customer facing role or warehouse order selecting.
