Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and energetic Barback to join our dynamic team in a fast-paced hospitality environment. The Barback plays a crucial role in supporting bartenders and ensuring that the bar operates smoothly. This position is ideal for individuals who are passionate about guest services and eager to grow within the hospitality industry.
Duties
- Assist bartenders in preparing and serving beverages to guests.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including washing glassware and utensils.
- Restock supplies such as liquor, mixers, garnishes, and ice as needed.
- Ensure that all bar equipment is functioning properly and report any issues to management.
- Provide excellent customer service by engaging with guests and assisting with their needs.
- Handle cash transactions accurately using the Aloha POS system.
- Communicate effectively with team members to ensure timely service and guest satisfaction.
- Adhere to all health and safety regulations while working in the bar area.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in a guest services or hospitality role is preferred but not required.
- Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest relations.
- Familiarity with restaurant operations and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in using POS systems, preferably Aloha POS, is a plus.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with good phone etiquette.
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team while also being self-motivated.
- Must be able to stand for extended periods and lift moderate weights as needed.

Pay: $17.89 - $19.60 per hour
