o Position: 1 Board Certified Behavior Analyst for our Missoula, MT location
o Employment Status: Full-Time or Part-Time
o Salary Range: $75K-100K annual Salary depending on education and experience
The BCBA will design and provide oversight to individualized behavioral programs primarily in clinic and occasionally in the homes, communities and wherever services are necessary. This position provides intervention, program development and analysis of program delivery to clients and is responsible for the supervision of Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs).
Responsibilities:
Design and conduct functional analysis (we use both Standard and Practical Functional Assessments (PFA) depending on what is best fit for patient.
- Develop and monitor behavior intervention plans (BIP).
- Conduct behavioral and skills assessments as required by funding sources, and as needed based on data analyses.
- Utilize Behavior Skills Training (BST) for all supervision and trainings of RBTs.
· Complete initial evaluations for potential patients.
- Provide training and supervision to RBTs, RBT Fellows and Trainers
- Complete RBT competency assessments and reassessments
- Responsible for continued competence and professional growth of RBTs, RBT Fellows, and Trainers during weekly consultations comprised of observation and BST, providing written feedback, supervision meetings, and additional trainings as needed.
- Ensure supervision hours of RBTs meet the requirements of the BACB.
- Build and maintain positive family/caregiver relationships throughout the lifecycle (course of treatment) of the patient.
- Completes regularly scheduled parent trainings.
- Identify touchpoints throughout the patient's experience at Peach Tree Clinic to meet with the parents/caregivers to review progress and collaborate on development of individualized treatment plans and behavior intervention plans.
- Other duties as assigned.
Foundational Qualifications
- BCBA acquired through the certification process of the Behavior Analyst Certification Board, required
- Master’s degree or higher in a related field, required
- State licensure as a BCBA and/or ability to become state licensed within 30 days of date of hire, required
- Prior experience working with families and their children who have significant developmental or adaptive behavior delays, required
- Ability to pass FBI fingerprinting and criminal background check
