Description
The Hospitality Associate will assist in creating a warm and welcoming environment for church events and services. This role involves supporting various hospitality needs during congregation wide services, special events and weekend activities.
Duties/Responsibilities:
- Front and back of house event support (check in volunteers, welcome visitors, answer questions, assist Hospitality team liaise with other ministry teams and other duties as needed).
- Collaborate with Hospitality team to accomplish goals, ensure project deadlines, and facilitate smooth event operations.
- Adapt to varying work schedules, including evenings, weekends and holidays. (Easter and Christmas is required)

- Familiarity with kitchen sanitation and safety regulations

Education and Experience:
- College education is preferred but to open other levels of education
- Demonstrate proficiency Microsoft Office Suite
- At least two years of customer service or client care
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to sit or stand for extended periods of time.
- Must be able to occasionally lift up to 25 pounds at a times.
