The Revenue Strategy Analyst - Ticketing will support Peachtree Entertainment’s efforts to maximize
ticket sales and revenue for its artists through Live Events. This role is critical in analyzing ticketing data, developing pricing strategies, and optimizing inventory to achieve revenue goals. Reporting to the VP of
Ticketing & Revenue, the ideal candidate combines advanced analytical skills with a deep
understanding of ticketing trends and the live entertainment industry.
Key Responsibilities :
- Revenue Optimization : Analyze ticket sales and pricing data to identify opportunities for revenue
growth and implement strategic pricing models, including dynamic and demand-based pricing.
Data Analysis & Reporting : Build and maintain dashboards to track sales, inventory, and revenueperformance, ensuring stakeholders have access to timely and actionable insights.
Market Research : Conduct competitor analysis and assess market trends to refine ticketingstrategies and ensure competitiveness.
Collaboration : Work closely with the marketing, operations, and ticketing teams to align onpricing, inventory management, and promotional strategies.
Event Support : Assist in creating ticket scaling and seating plans, including pricing tiers, holds,and inventory allocations.
Forecasting : Partner with internal teams to forecast sales and revenue performance, supportingdecision-making for both short- and long-term planning.
Post-Event Analysis : Conduct post-event reviews to evaluate ticket sales strategies and makerecommendations for future events.
Platform Integration : Collaborate with ticketing platform partners (e.g., Ticketmaster, AXS,iTickets, Paciolan, etc) to ensure accurate reporting and seamless implementation of pricing
adjustments.
Qualifications :
Education and Experience :
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Data Analytics, Economics, Mathematics or a related field.2–5 years of experience in revenue management, ticketing, or data analysis, preferably in liveentertainment, sports, or hospitality industries.
Skills and Competencies :
Proficiency in data analysis tools (Excel, Tableau, Power BI) and ticketing platforms (e.g.,Ticketmaster TM1, AXS).
Experience with dynamic pricing, revenue optimization, or yield management.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to distill insights from large data sets.Familiarity with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) and digital marketing tools is a plus.Excellent verbal and written communication skills to present complex data in an understandableway.
