Event & Social Media Coordinator will be a creative and detail-oriented professional responsible for planning, organizing, and executing events while managing social media presence. They will develop engaging content, oversee event logistics, coordinate with vendors and partners, and ensure seamless promotion across digital platforms to enhance brand visibility and audience engagement.

 

Event Planning & Execution:

  • Plan and execute a diverse range of events, including resort activations, themed dining experiences, live entertainment, holiday celebrations, private parties, and promotional events.
  • Coordinate all aspects of event logistics, including venue setup, decor, vendor management, staffing, and on-site execution.
  • Collaborate with chefs, restaurant managers, and the resort team to develop unique event concepts that align with brand goals and target audiences.
  • Manage event budgets, negotiate contracts with vendors, and ensure cost-effective execution without compromising quality.
  • Develop event timelines, production schedules, and run-of-show plans to ensure seamless execution.
  • Handle guest list management, VIP experiences, and post-event follow-ups to maximize customer satisfaction and brand loyalty.

Social Media Management & Digital Marketing:

  • Create and manage engaging social media content across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, X, LinkedIn) to promote upcoming events, restaurant specials, and resort experiences.
  • Develop and execute content calendars with a mix of promotional posts, live event coverage, user-generated content, and interactive engagement.
  • Work closely with photographers, videographers, and designers to produce high-quality visual content, including reels, stories, and posts.
  • Monitor social media trends, hashtags, and engagement metrics to optimize content strategies and audience interaction.
  • Respond to online inquiries, reviews, and guest feedback to maintain a positive brand image.
  • Partner with influencers, media outlets, and content creators to enhance event visibility and drive attendance.

Marketing & Brand Collaboration:

  • Collaborate with the resort’s marketing team to align event promotions with broader brand campaigns.
  • Develop email marketing campaigns and promotional materials to enhance event awareness and restaurant visibility.
  • Work with PR teams to secure media coverage, press releases, and influencer partnerships.
  • Coordinate cross-promotions between resort amenities, restaurants, and local businesses to enhance guest experiences and revenue opportunities.

Analytics & Performance Tracking:

  • Track event attendance, guest feedback, and ROI to assess event success and implement improvements.
  • Monitor social media analytics (engagement rates, reach, conversion rates) and adjust content strategies accordingly.
  • Provide reports on event and social media performance, identifying trends and opportunities for growth.
