As Executive Chef, leading you will lead culinary operations across three unique dining outlets and 14,000 square feet of banquet space. Oversee menu development, kitchen operations, and a team of culinary professionals to deliver exceptional dining experiences. Manage high-volume banquet events for up to 500 guests, ensuring top-tier quality, presentation, and efficiency. As the Executive Chef, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the resort’s culinary program, from menu development to execution. You will create innovative, seasonal menus for all dining outlets and banquet events while ensuring consistency in food quality, presentation, and taste. Staying ahead of industry trends, you will incorporate fresh ideas and techniques to enhance the guest experience.
In addition to menu development, you will play a critical role in executing large-scale banquets, weddings, corporate events, and private functions. Working closely with the banquet and events teams, you will ensure flawless service for up to 500 guests while maintaining efficiency, quality, and attention to detail.
Operational and financial management are also key aspects of this role. You will oversee food costs, labor expenses, and inventory to maximize profitability while maintaining the highest standards of safety and sanitation. By developing and enforcing standard operating procedures, you will ensure kitchen efficiency and compliance with health regulations. Sourcing high-quality ingredients and managing vendor relationships will also be essential in delivering exceptional culinary experiences.
