Key Responsibilities
- Operations Management: Lead daily operations across all F&B areas, including breakfast service, bar, restaurant, and catering/banquets.
- Guest Experience: Ensure high standards of quality, consistency, and service to create an outstanding guest experience. Respond to guest feedback and make adjustments to continuously improve service.
- Staff Leadership: Recruit, train, and mentor F&B staff to maintain a motivated and efficient team. Conduct regular performance reviews, schedule shifts, and monitor staffing needs.
- Inventory & Cost Control: Oversee inventory management, ordering, and supply coordination. Maintain budget targets for food, beverage, and labor costs, implementing cost-saving strategies without compromising quality.
- Menu Development: Collaborate with chefs and bartenders to design and implement menus, including seasonal and event-based offerings, ensuring variety, quality, and profitability.
- Compliance: Ensure all F&B operations meet health, safety, and sanitation standards and comply with local and federal regulations.
- Event Coordination: Work closely with the events and sales teams to execute catering and banquet events, ensuring seamless service and successful experiences for guests and clients.
- Financial Performance: Monitor F&B sales, expenses, and revenue. Prepare and review reports, track KPIs, and implement strategies to maximize profitability.
- Vendor Relations: Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, ensuring quality and competitive pricing for all F&B supplies.
