What are the responsibilities and job description for the Outlet #1 - Runner/Busser/ Expo position at Peachtree Group Hospitality Management?
Responsibilities include running food/ drinks from the kitchen and bar, refilling beverages and cleaning tables. Ultimately, you will ensure our daily operations run smoothly and our guests have a pleasant dining experience.
• Work with restaurant staff to create a positive dining experience for guests.
• Greet customers and answer questions.
• Alert servers when tables are in need of attention.
• Clean tables and remove dishes after the party leaves.
• Carry loads of soiled dishes to the dishwasher to be cleaned.
• Assist BOH with tasks, including but not limited to: washing dishes, prep, cleaning and upkeep, etc
• Assist FOH with tasks, including but not limited to: washing glasses, prep, cleaning and upkeep, rolling silverware, polishing dishes, etc
• Complete any other tasks given by direct supervisor
