What are the responsibilities and job description for the Server position at Peachtree Group Hospitality Management?

- Take customers’ food and drink orders accurately and ensure all orders are delivered in a timely and appropriate manner.
- Have extensive wine and cocktail knowledge to help guide guests to their ideal drink
- Work closely with restaurant management and team members to ensure a dining experience that exceeds guests' expectations
- Work closely with restaurant management and team members to ensure food and drink orders are presented to our standards at all times
- Assist with setting tables and rearranging tables to accommodate larger parties
- Be ready to assist Host/Hostess in seating during busy times
- Focus on cleanliness and professionalism, adhere to company policies in regard to appearance, and work efficiently and safely and following health guidelines
- Be able to lift 40 pounds, twist, turn, stoop, and be on their feet for extended periods of time
- remain cool calm and collected even in the busiest of times
- Be able to make personal connections with our guests creating forever memories and lasting impressions

- Have excellent communication and active listening skills
- Properly handle all guest payments
- Perform side work duties throughout the entirety of the shift
- Be willing to learn and grow and become an exceptional ambassador of Peachtree Hospitality
- Ideally, our candidate will also have had previous full bar bartending experience as all of our FOH team is cross trained ( Will train if no prior bartending experience)
