Key Responsibilities
Food & Beverage Leadership
- Oversee daily operations of the hotel’s restaurant, bar, and banquet/event spaces, ensuring exceptional guest experiences that align with the Hyatt Centric brand.
- Collaborate with the Executive Chef and F&B team to optimize menus, service flow, and profitability.
- Implement service standards, training programs, and SOPs to enhance efficiency, consistency, and guest satisfaction in all F&B outlets.
- Monitor and manage labor costs, inventory, and revenue goals while driving upselling strategies and menu innovation.
- Support and execute banquet events and group functions, ensuring seamless coordination between Sales, Banquets, and culinary teams.
- Partner with the General Manager to oversee day-to-day hotel operations, with a strong presence in Front Office, Guest Services, and Housekeeping when needed.
- Lead and mentor department heads and associates, fostering a collaborative and high-performing team culture.
- Serve as Manager on Duty (MOD) and support guest recovery efforts, ensuring service excellence.
- Ensure compliance with Hyatt brand standards, local health regulations, and safety protocols.
- Analyze financial performance, labor management, and operational KPIs to drive efficiencies and maximize profitability.
- Minimum 3–5 years of hotel leadership experience with a strong background in Food & Beverage operations (restaurant, bar, banquets).
- Experience in a boutique, lifestyle, or upscale hotel brand preferred.
- Proven ability to lead teams, drive service excellence, and manage operations in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong financial acumen with experience in P&L analysis, labor cost control, and revenue management.
- Ability to train, mentor, and inspire teams to achieve high performance.
- Hands-on, guest-focused leadership style with a passion for hospitality.
- Familiarity with Infrasys and ProfitSword are a plus.
