Job Summary:
The Investor Relations Associate, EB-5 reports to the Director of EB-5 Operations and plays a key role in delivering a top-tier investment experience for both existing and prospective EB-5 investors. This position primarily focuses on investor communication, compliance, and supporting EB-5 projects.
Role and Responsibilities
CRM Management:
- Maintain and update EB-5 investor records to ensure compliance and support audit processes.
- Generate reports from the CRM system for tracking and auditing purposes.
Compliance & Documentation:
- Ensure investor subscription documents adhere to USCIS (United States Citizenship and Immigration Services) EB-5 program regulations.
- Implement a structured tracking process to manage onboarding documents and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.
- Maintain accurate records of investor communications and documentation.
Relationship Management:
- Act as the primary point of contact for investors, providing consistent updates on project progress.
- Regularly communicate with EB-5 investors, immigration attorneys, and internal investor relations teams to facilitate the processing of investor documents.
- Collaborate with internal teams to improve the overall investor experience and enhance retention.
Process Development:
- Develop and document internal processes, procedures, and best practices for EB-5 onboarding and investor management.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in business, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum of two years of experience in investor relations or EB-5 investment programs.
- Familiarity with EB-5 program regulations and immigration processes preferred.
- Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to manage multiple investors and projects simultaneously.
- Fluency in Mandarin and/or Spanish is highly preferred.
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
