What are the responsibilities and job description for the Director of Sales position at Peachtree Hospitality Management?
As a Director of Sales, you bring high-energy, customer-centric focus and drive / hunger to the total sales efforts of the hotel. In other words, you get paid to make relationships!

Do what you are passionate about :
- Grow and maintain relationships with key clients to produce topline business, including room, food & beverage, and catering / banquet revenues.
- Strategize, implement, and accomplish quarterly sales plans.
- Work in partnership with Regional Sales, Revenue and Operation teams forecasting & budgeting revenue and expenses.
- Lead and partner with operational departments relating to all sales outcomes.
- Champion brand and company reputation, cultivating relationships with local community groups, companies, entertain and / or travel to events to generate business.
- Proactively conduct sales blitzes, outside sales, inside sales, and / or new conversations to spark new leads.
- Be a closer! Negotiate, flex, adopt, maximize, optimize to close business.

Basic Qualifications :
Systems Proficiency : Delphi FDC, Profit Sword and Hospitality (Brand) Systems
