We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Senior Sales Manager to join our team at Canopy Midtown. This position will play a key role in driving revenue growth by cultivating client relationships, developing business opportunities, and executing strategic sales plans. As a leader on our sales team, you'll focus on building long-term partnerships and promoting the unique experiences our hotel has to offer.
Key Responsibilities :
- Develop and maintain relationships with corporate, group, and leisure clients.
- Generate new business through proactive sales efforts, including client visits, networking events, and telemarketing.
- Lead contract negotiations and ensure all agreements meet the hotel's revenue goals.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth execution of client events, meetings, and stays.
- Monitor market trends and competitor performance to adjust sales strategies as needed.
- Manage and report on key performance metrics, including sales revenue, lead conversions, and market share.
- Represent the Canopy brand with professionalism and enthusiasm at all times.
