Your Impactful Role:
The Outpatient Physical Therapy Clinic Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the clinic, ensuring the highest standards of patient care, and managing a team of skilled physical and occupational therapists and support staff. This role requires strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills to maintain a positive and efficient clinic environment.
- Clinic Operations: Oversee the day-to-day operations of the clinic, including scheduling, patient flow, and facility maintenance
- Staff Management: Train and supervise clinic staff, including physical and occupational therapists, administrative personnel, and support staff
- Patient Care: Ensure the delivery of high-quality patient care by monitoring treatment plans, patient progress, and satisfaction
- Compliance: Maintain compliance with all regulatory and accreditation standards, including HIPAA and OSHA
- Financial Management: Manage and interpret clinic budgets and billing practices to ensure profitability and cost-effectiveness
- Quality Improvement: Continuously evaluate and improve clinic processes and services to enhance patient outcomes and clinic efficiency
- Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program
- Current Georgia Physical Therapist License or current compact privileges in Georgia
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a physical therapy or healthcare management role
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of healthcare regulations and compliance standards
- Proficiency in electronic medical records (EMR) systems and clinic management software
