What are the responsibilities and job description for the Physical Therapist position at Peachtree Physical Therapy?
INTRODUCTION
Peachtree Physical Therapy is a private practice aiming to branch out upon competitive health care services. We are mainly seeking a physical therapist interested in sports and orthopedic outpatient setting, but specialized in other areas are welcome. ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES
The physical therapists to provide comprehensive care to assigned patients. The physical therapist identifies, documents, and resolves complex patient problems related to symptoms, behavioral changes, abnormal diagnostic data, learning needs, and the common interrelationships among them; Assures continuity of care through effective decision-making resulting in quality patient care; Delivers effective patient care based on collaborative clinical pathways; Anticipates potential patient crisis through continual evaluation of patient outcomes.
QUALIFICATIONS AND EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS
Degree from certified physical therapist training program, approved by the APTA
Current license / certification for the State of Georgia or eligible to obtain; CPR / AED
Minimum 1- or 2-year experience in orthopedic outpatient setting is preferred, New Grads Welcome.
