Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated Cleaning Technician to join our team and clean four sites twice a month during business hours in Woburn, MA and Lowell, MA, Saugus, MA and Seekonk, MA. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and sanitation standards in various facilities.
Responsibilities:
- Perform cleaning duties such as dusting, mopping, sweeping, and vacuuming
- Clean and sanitize restrooms, break rooms, and other common areas
- Empty trash receptacles and replace liners
- Restock supplies such as paper products and soaps
- Follow cleaning schedules and procedures
- Notify management of any repairs needed
- Adhere to health and safety regulations
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a cleaner or housekeeper
- Knowledge of cleaning chemicals and supplies
- Attention to detail and thoroughness in work
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Physical stamina to stand, bend, and lift throughout the shift
- Excellent time management skills
Nice-to-Have Skills:
- Certification in cleaning or housekeeping techniques
- Experience using industrial cleaning equipment
