Together, we’ll continue to create and deliver content that reflects the current and ever-changing face of the world.Job Description As a Coordinator of Peacock Programming, you will be responsible for the following : AirTable scheduling and maintenance for all sports programming on PeacockInput and track all 3,000 Peacock Sports Single Live Events for companywide distributionWork across groups to ensure accuracy of all details for each Single Live Event – including dates, times, networks, sources and routing, exclusivities and replay requirements.Ensure feeds are booked properly for all events on Peacock and track if events have English commentary or require captioningCollaborate with linear programming team to integrate Peacock exclusive events into programming schedulesMaintain commercial distribution event schedule for EverpassGTM and Gracenote ID set up for NBC Sports studio programmingCreate sets of individual IDs in GTM and Gracenote for studio shows that air in the NBC Sports FAST channelEnsure all programs have artwork and place linear Work Orders that allow Tech Ops to deliver content to platformOther Programming responsibilitiesProvide support on the weekend to account for programming changes, cancellations, weather delays and operational issuesTrack down and provide ad break formats for livestream Operators for various showsAlign digital ad insertion requirements between Ad Sales / Ad Ops and Streaming Ops teams to ensure commercial spots run on Peacock as expectedProvide event logos, artwork and copy to editorial / marketing teams for every SLE on platformTrack start / end times of Peacock Exclusive streams and share with research teamQualifications Basic Requirements : Bachelor's degree in media, communications, finance, accounting, business, or related fields; or equivalent work experienceProficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, with emphasis on proficiency with ExcelDesired Characteristics : Relevant work experience a plusKeen interest in NBC Sports shows and propertiesKnowledge and passion for sports and sports mediaUnderstanding of coding language and syntaxProfessional communication skillsAdaptable to changing priorities and workloadsDetail and deadline orientedAbility to manage multiple projects and tasks at any given timeMust have unrestricted work authorization to work in the United StatesAbility to work a flexible work schedule (e.g. late afternoons and weekends)Must be 18 years or olderHybrid : This position has been designated as hybrid, generally contributing from the office a minimum of three days per week.Additional Information As part of our selection process, external candidates may be required to attend an in-person interview with an NBCUniversal employee at one of our locations prior to a hiring decision.
