The Big Task
As a skilled HVAC Technician at Peaden, you will play a critical role in maintaining and installing top-of-the-line heating and air conditioning equipment in our customers' homes. Your expertise and dedication will ensure customer satisfaction and the long-term success of our team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Installation & Service: Accurately and efficiently install heating and air conditioning equipment in customers' homes.
- Team Communication: Maintain communication with dispatch, manager, and other team members.
- Inventory & Paperwork: Keep your company truck clean and inventory up-to-date, and properly complete all required paperwork.
- On-Call Rotation: Participate in the on-call rotation and respond to emergency service calls when needed.
- Professional Appearance: Maintain a clean and professional appearance at all times.
- Continuous Learning: Participate in ongoing training to grow and develop as a professional.
- Certifications: Maintain the necessary certifications (we can help you achieve them).
Desired Skills & Experience:
- Experience in HVAC installation and service is a plus, but not required.
- Willingness to learn, grow, and improve skills continuously.
