Your Role: HVAC Service Manager

We're looking for a driven leader to grow and lead our HVAC Service Department. You'll inspire, train, and support the best technicians in the business.

What You'll Do

• Hire, train, and mentor HVAC service technicians
• Partner with dispatch to assign the right tech to every job
• Set the tone-lead with energy, integrity, and high standards
• Monitor team performance and drive continuous improvement
• Ensure top-tier customer service and satisfaction
  
  

What You Bring

• Proven management experience in HVAC (required)
• Strong leadership and team-building skills
• Comfort with training, coaching, and performance reviews
• Tech-savvy: familiar with Microsoft Office and field service tools
• Clear communication and a drive for results
  
  

Requirements

• Valid driver's license
• Ability to pass a background check
