This role ensures Peak Asset Management operates efficiently, securely, and in compliance with industry regulations while maintaining an exceptional client and employee experience. Key responsibilities include operations & office management, human resources & payroll administration, IT & systems administration, compliance & regulatory support, accounting & financial administration, vendor & custodian management, and client & advisor support.
Required Skills and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess high attention to detail and accuracy, strong problem-solving skills, self-directed work ethic, entrepreneurial mindset, excellent active listening and communication skills, and a team player attitude. Preferred qualifications include a bachelor's degree and 5 years of related experience in business operations, HR, payroll, finance, or compliance, preferably within a financial services firm. You should also be proficient in Microsoft Office, CRMs, and portfolio management reporting software and have experience with payroll preparation, benefits administration, and IT systems.
