Job Summary:
Peak Auto Storage has a Customer Service Representative position available for dedicated, friendly, and motivated team members for our 2PM-10 pm shift. You'll greet customers, answer phones, light filing, impound vehicles. Join for great benefits, flexible hours, and on-the-job training.
Job Responsibilities:
- Process incoming calls, outgoing calls, and customer service inquiries.
- Respond to customer inquiries on the telephone and in e-mail.
- Process impounds and releases.
- Must be able to multi-task.
Required Skills:
- Previous experience in a customer service environment.
- Basic computer and data entry skills.
- Must demonstrate attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office.
- Excellent written and verbal communication.
- Ability to multi-task.
- Clean criminal background so clearance can be obtained for a VSF License through Texas Department of Licensing and Regulations.
- Must have reliable transportation to and from work.
- Must be able to pass a drug test and background check.
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to sit, stand, walk, kneel and bend as needed.
- Estimated percentages for each type of activity; Standing 10%, Walking 10%, Sitting 50%, Bending 15%, Kneeling 15%.
- May require sitting for prolonged periods.
- May require walking on unlevel surfaces periodically throughout the day.
- Reaching above shoulder heights, below the waist or lifting as required throughout the work day.
- Must be able to lift up to 70 pounds at times.
