Peak Behavioral Health is an integrated behavioral health care organization with two physical locations in Minnesota. Peak is a multidisciplinary team comprised of culturally informed, trauma-responsive and clinically trained Psychotherapists and Medication Providers who are committed to celebrating diversity and improving access to behavioral health services.
Peak is growing and as a result, we are hiring part-time and full-time Psychotherapists Social Work Board Approved Supervisor who are looking for a place to call home.

Position Overview
Psychotherapist will provide outpatient mental health services to clients of Peak. Though Peak has physical locations in Minnesota, all providers at Peak work remotely. Psychotherapy services include treatment of children, adolescents, adults, couples, and families.
Reports To
- Program Supervisor
Psychotherapist Duties
- Have a minimum of 15 (can be up to full-time/ 28 hours) client contact hours available each week.
- Perform psychotherapy services to clients in a professional manner that maintain and uphold the values and reputation of Peak.
- Reliable attendance and timely arrival to sessions.
- Timely completion of all clinical documentation.
- Coordination of care with clients other providers.
- Attend and participate in clinical staff meetings and trainings.
- Any other duties that are important to your role, assigned by Peak.
Board Approved Supervisor Duties
- Maintain 4 supervisees
- Remain in good standing with board approved supervisor status
- General board approved supervisor responsibilities
Qualifications
- Masters degree from accredited school
- Active clinical license (Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, etc.)
- Prior experience serving clients in an outpatient mental health setting
- Knowledge of family systems
- Culturally responsive
- Basic technical skills (email, word, fax, apps, etc.)
- Experience using an Electronic Health Records (EHR) system
- Proven ability to work independently
- Ability to manage and maintain schedule and availability
