Sales Roles & Focus Areas
Within Peak beverage, our sales roles span a progression from coordinator to strategist positions, focusing on driving event-related business across diverse client segments. At the foundational level, COORDINATORS handle smaller-scale events and straightforward transactions, gradually taking on more complex sales efforts and client relationship management as they advance. SPECIALIST roles emphasize balancing inbound and outbound sales, fostering partnerships, and tailoring solutions for mid-sized businesses. STRATEGISTS concentrate on high-value, strategic accounts, developing innovative strategies and driving business development with premium clients and venues
Qualifications:
- Proven track record of success in B2C sales.
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
- Excellent negotiation and communication abilities.
- Ability to work independently while achieving team-aligned goals.
- Experience in event planning, catering, or related industries is a plus.
- Ability and willingness to spend significant time in the field developing a book of business, fostering community relationships and consistently networking.

Key Responsibilities:
* Account Development & Relationship Management
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, non-profits, associations, event planners, caterers and DMCs.
- Serve as a trusted advisor to clients, identifying their needs and recommending solutions that align with their goals.
- Act as a liaison between clients and internal teams to ensure seamless execution of services.
* Sales Strategy & Business Growth
- Drive revenue growth by targeting and converting high-value accounts.
- Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell additional services, increasing account penetration.
- Build partnerships with DMCs, caterers and event planners to expand market reach.
* Prospecting & Lead Generation
- Research and identify new leads through industry events, referrals, and networking.
- Reach out to potential clients using a multi-channel approach, including calls, emails, and social media.
- Qualify leads to ensure alignment with service offerings and revenue potential.
* Proposal Development & Negotiation
- Create customized proposals and pricing strategies tailored to client needs.
- Negotiate terms and close deals to meet or exceed revenue targets.
- Maintain a pipeline of active opportunities, following up on open proposals to ensure timely closure.
* Performance Management & Reporting
- Set and achieve weekly, monthly, and quarterly sales goals.
- Track all client interactions, leads, and deals in the CRM.
- Analyze sales performance and adjust strategies to optimize results.
* Market Insights & Networking
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitors to identify market opportunities.
- Attend industry events and networking activities to build brand presence and generate new leads.
- Participate in team meetings to share insights, successes, and strategies for continuous improvement.
