• Handling Multiple Tasks – Navigate call scripts, customer accounts, and internal systems with efficiency and accuracy.
• Maintaining a Positive Attitude – Keep conversations upbeat and professional, creating a great experience for every caller.
• Collaborating with the Team – Work closely with colleagues and supervisors to ensure smooth operations and high-quality service.

• Availability & Flexibility – Willingness to work full-time or part-time shifts, including evenings and weekends, if needed.
