Sage Dental Care, an established family practice in beautiful Lafayette, CO, is seeking a dedicated and outgoing Dental Hygienist to join us full-time - 4 or 5 days per week. We are flexible on the days - let us know what works for you.

Office Hours:
- Monday-Thursday 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
- Friday 8:00 am- 2:00 pm
What do we offer:
Compensation: $61 to $65 per hour plus daily bonuses
Staff: Single doctor location with a General Dentist who has been with us for over three years. An outstanding Office Manager who leads the staff through engaging and meaningful leadership. A Hygiene Director and hygiene mentors. As well as a Regional Manager for additional support.

Requirements
- Active Colorado Dental Hygiene License
- Current BLS for Healthcare Providers
- Local Anesthesia Permit
- New grads are encouraged to apply
