Silver Screen Dental, located in Austin, TX, seeks an experienced full-time Dental Patient Coordinator for our family dental practice. We are a highly-rated dental practice in the area and would like to find someone as passionate about patient care as we are. Our practice features a modern, high-tech office with a movie-themed reception area and TVs in all operatories to enhance the patient experience. We are a patient-focused practice with a collaborative team consisting of one dentist and one hygienist.

We seek a polished and proactive Dental Patient Coordinator to be a vital part of our dynamic team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our patients both in person and over the phone. We are looking for someone with exceptional attention to detail and strong multi-tasking abilities who is eager to contribute to our practice's growth and success.
Duties include:
- Insurance Verification: Accurately verify patient insurance coverage and benefits.
- Scheduling & Appointments: Efficiently schedule and manage appointments to optimize provider availability.
- Hygiene Schedule Management: Proactively ensure the hygiene schedule remains full by confirming appointments, filling cancellations, and utilizing recall systems.
- Patient Communication: Answer phones professionally, greet patients warmly, and assist with intake forms.
- Billing & Payments: Process patient payments and provide billing support as needed.
- Office Organization: Maintain a clean, well-stocked, and organized front office environment.
- Adaptability & Urgency: Quickly adapt to the scheduling systems and prioritize filling gaps.

Requirements
- Previous experience working in a dental front office setting is required (1-3 years is preferred)
- Experience working in a fee-for-service practice
- Strong customer service experience
- Insurance verification experience
- Experience presenting treatment plans
- Reliable and able to work the days/hours we are open
- Exceptional verbal skills
- Denticon experience is a plus
- CPR certification
- Fluency in both English and Spanish is a plus
Salary : $18 - $20
