Located in the beautiful and rapidly growing area of Woodland Park, Colorado, Woodland Park Dental Group is an established, highly rated family dental practice that is looking for a Part-time Associate General Dentist. This is an exciting opportunity for a dentist who wants to join a patient-centric practice in a vibrant community just a short drive from Colorado Springs. With the growth in the area, you’ll have the opportunity to ramp up your schedule quickly and provide top-notch care to an expanding patient base.

What We Offer:
- Compensation: Competitive market-based wage, with the option to earn the greater of a daily guarantee or 30-33% commission based on total monthly collections.
- Flexible Schedule: Work 2-3 days per week, allowing for a great work-life balance while still earning an attractive income.
- Supportive Team: Work with a dedicated team of Dental Hygienists, Expanded Duties Dental Assistants, a long-tenured Office Manager, and a Lead General Dentist for mentorship and support. We also have a regional manager, HR, payroll, and revenue cycle team to handle the administrative work.
- Mentorship and Clinical Autonomy: Our lead dentist will offer mentorship and support while you maintain full autonomy over your clinical decisions. You’ll receive guidance when needed but have the freedom to treat patients as you see fit.
- Continuing Education: Take advantage of monthly CE opportunities, including advanced endodontics, implant restoration, implant placement, complex restorative cases, and digital imaging. Clinicians passionate about teaching have opportunities to lead sponsored CE courses.

Requirements:
- Active Colorado Dental License
- Three or more years of clinical hands-on experience
- CPR-ACLS Certification
- Denticon software experience is a plus, but not required
