Job Summary
This is an outside sales position responsible for contributing to our mission of helping businesses achieve their marketing goals through effective direct sales strategies. You will travel to your assigned territory and promote our client's products and services (fiber optics). You'll be leading the charge to upgrade existing customers to the best technology out there and signing up new people!
Responsibilities
Include but not limited to:
- Direct sales: Travel to assigned territory and execute effective sales strategies to meet and surpass sales targets.
- Customer Service: Engage with homeowners. Discuss products/services and explain benefits in a personable, sincere, and respectful manner.
- Team collaboration: Actively participate in daily team calls.
Required Qualifications:
- Experience in direct sales
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Must be organized and have strong time-management skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Capability to thrive in a competitive and fast-paced environment
- Basic computer skills
- Ability to pass a comprehensive background check and drug screening
- Reliable transportation
- Self-motivated, driven, and result-oriented personality
- Readiness to drive to territories up to 1.5 hours away
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in relevant industries such as cable, fiber optics, pest control, roofing, solar, or energy
- At least one year of a successful track record in door-to-door sales
