We are seeking a passionate and experienced Parkour Coach to join our team. This role is ideal for someone with a background in movement disciplines like parkour or gymnastics, a talent for teaching, and genuine enthusiasm for working with children and teens.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead engaging, safe, and structured parkour classes for children and teens
• Develop lesson plans tailored to age groups and skill levels
• Ensure a positive and inclusive class environment that encourages growth and confidence
• Track student progress and provide individualized feedback
• Maintain open communication with parents, staff, and students
• Assist with camps, workshops, birthday parties, and special events as needed

Minimum Requirements:

• At least 1 year of experience coaching or teaching in parkour, gymnastics, fitness, or a similar discipline
• Strong foundational knowledge and skill in parkour, freerunning, gymnastics, or related movement arts
• Experience working with children or teens in an instructional setting
• Ability to maintain a safe and organized class environment
• CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain upon hire)

Preferred Qualifications:

• Certification in parkour instruction or related movement disciplines
• Experience designing class programs or youth movement curriculum
• Familiarity with injury prevention and proper progression techniques
• Strong communication and classroom management skills

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $16.00 - $17.00 per hour

Expected hours: 3 – 12 per week

Schedule:

• After school
• Evening shift
• Monday to Friday
• Weekends as needed
