About the Job
Peak Energy is looking for Embedded Software Engineers (multiple positions) to join our Energy Storage Systems (ESS) team and work on the development of our gigawatt-scale sodium ion energy storage system. Opportunities exist to write real-time software, application software, or a mix depending on skills and interests.
Responsibilities :
- Write application level Modern C software targeting Linux.
- Write real-time C / C RTOS-based software targeting microcontrollers.
- Write tools in Python to support various efforts such as testing and prototyping.
- Prototype designs using a mix of development boards and in-house board designs.
- Support testing, integration, and verification.
- Assist in the development of software requirements.
- Support products deployed to the field.
- Participate in design reviews.
- Adhere to formatting standards and naming conventions.
