Position Description: Peak ENT Associates is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Physician Assistant to join our team. As a Physician Assistant, you will work under the supervision of our ENT physician to provide quality care to our patients. Responsibilities:
Conduct patient assessments, including taking medical histories and performing physical exams.
Order and interpret diagnostic tests such as X-rays, CT scans, and laboratory tests.
Develop treatment plans, including prescribing medications and recommending lifestyle changes.
Perform minor surgical procedures, such as removing earwax or draining an abscess.
Perform assistant surgery procedures, such as in-office sinus surgery and endoscopy.
Educate patients and their families about medical conditions and treatment options.
Coordinate patient care with other healthcare providers as needed.
Qualifications:
Graduate of an accredited Physician Assistant program.
Current state licensure and certification as a Physician Assistant.
Previous experience in ENT or a related field preferred.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks.
Ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment.
