Optician/Sales Associate

Our position is a great fit for someone who has an eye for style, a great communicator, and a willingness to expand their skill set. Our busy practice needs a motivated team player to help us give patients a 5-star experience every time they’re here in our upbeat and friendly office.

You’ll be directly working with patients to find the best optical solutions to their vision needs and build long lasting relationships with our patients for years to come. We encourage our opticians to spend as much time as necessary with each patient in order to make an authentic connection that every person craves. We also donate 2% of every glasses sale to local non-profits, so you will be instrumental in raising money for our community.

Experience Needed: At least 2 years of sales experience

No medical experience is necessary, as we offer paid training to the right person with a great attitude, a helpful heart, and a love of learning! We believe that knowledge is power and we want ALL our team members to feel like Superheros!

Some of your duties

• Frame stylist
• Working with patients to find the lenses that best meet their vision needs
• Adjusting and repairing glasses
• Scheduling appointments
• Checking out patients
• Helping in other areas of the office as the needs arise (cross training will be provided)
• Misc office tasks (basic cleaning, inventory, etc. We are a small team)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $19.00 - $24.00 per hour

Expected hours: 36 per week
