Job Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized individual to join our team as an Accountant/Data Entry Clerk. You will be responsible for accurately inputting and updating data into computerized systems and databases, working with Excel to complete reports and assisting with invoice input into accounting systems. As we are a hospitality management company, previous experience as a front desk clerk at a hotel is necessary. This is currently a part time position that will grow to full time next year as we add hotels in our portfolio.
Duties:
- Perform data entry tasks with speed and accuracy
- Update and maintain databases with new information
- Verify invoice coding, enter into pay system
- Retrieve data from various sources and prepare reports as needed
- Ensure data confidentiality and security at all times
- Assist with other clerical tasks as assigned
Skills:
- Proficient in basic math skills for accurate data entry
- Strong data entry skills with a focus on speed and accuracy
- Excellent clerical skills, including filing, organizing, and record keeping
- Ability to enter large amounts of data quickly and efficiently
- Familiarity with order entry processes and procedures
- Proficient in using office equipment such as computers, scanners, and printers
- Familiarity with computerized systems and databases

Job Type: Part-time
